Stranger Things Has Officially Been Renewed For Season 4!
Stranger Things 3 introduced new characters and included many emotional moments for the audience. Fans are extremely excited for the upcoming season!

Netflix released a teaser trailer for Stranger Things season 4, teasing a world outside of Hawkins.

Fans of the show went in a frenzy after the official Twitter account for the show tweeted cryptic emojis on Sunday. The emojis included a clock and an upside-down smiley face.

Now, Netflix has officially announced that the hit television series has been renewed for another season. The teaser displays the logo of the show in the upside-down and starts becoming covered with vines. A clock is also on display on a tree hinting at the emojis posted earlier. It ends with eerie music and the words, “We’re not in Hawkins anymore.”

The ending of season 3 hinted at the change in location. Since Will Byers (Noah Schnapp) and his family, along with Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) move away from Hawkins, Indiana in the last episode.

Also, the end credits scene takes place in Russia, hinting that the heroes might travel there to save Hopper (David Harbour).

Furthermore, Netflix’s Chief Content Officer Ted Sarandos released a statement revealing that the creators of Stranger Things, The Duffer Brothers have signed a multi-year deal with Netflix.

He said, “The Duffer Brothers have captivated viewers around the world with Stranger Things. And we’re thrilled to expand our relationship with them to bring their vivid imaginations to other film and series projects our members will love.”

Adding further, “We can’t wait to see what The Duffer Brothers have in store when they step outside the world of The Upside Down.”

Matt and Ross Duffer also responded to this news saying, “We are absolutely thrilled to continue our relationship with Netflix. Ted Sarandos, Cindy Holland, Brian Wright, and Matt Thunell took a huge chance on us and our show. And forever changed our lives.”

Further adding, “From our first pitch meeting to the release of Stranger Things 3, the entire team at Netflix has been nothing short of sensational.
