In December, Trump was accused by the House of Representatives of pressuring Ukraine to investigate Democrat Joe Biden. However, the Senate voted 52-48 to acquit Trump of the charge of abuse of power. Also, 53-47 on obstruction of Congress.

POTUS held copies of newspapers in his hands while he stepped on stage. The headlines on the papers announced his acquittal. He stated to the audience, “As everybody knows, my family, our great country and your president have been put through a terrible ordeal by some very dishonest and corrupt people.”

It’s not a speech. It’s not anything. It’s just we’re sort of – it’s a celebration because we have something that just worked out. I mean it worked out.”
