Kevin Hart Sued For $60 Million By Sex Tape Co-Star Montia Sabbag
The complaint against Kevin Hart by sex tape costar Montia Sabbag comes after his car crash which resulted in spinal injuries and another $7 mil lawsuit.

Montia Sabbag is suing s*x tape costar Kevin Hart for $70 million with the claim that Hart knew about the 2017 tape being filmed and had teamed up with a friend to do it.

TMZ reported the lawsuit, with Sabbag saying that the reason why Hart filmed them having sex is because he wanted publicity for his upcoming comedy tour. She is citing emotional distress and invasion of privacy as the claims behind her lawsuit. She has also sued Jonathan Todd Jackson, the owner of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and Fameoulous.

Sabbag has said that Hart was fully sober and in awareness when he hooked up with her. The two had a public affair in 2017 while Hart’s former wife Eniko Parrish was six months pregnant. Sabbag told DailyMail at the time that she did not know about his marriage.
