Netflix has FINALLY dropped the long-awaited trailer for its upcoming release P.S. I Still Love You.
The film, which is set to release in February, shared an emotional and angsty trailer on Thursday. The sequel will be a follow up to the 2018 rom-com To All The Boys I Loved Before.
The trilogy is based on Jenny Han’s best selling novels of the same name. Lana Condor stars as Lara Jean Covey, who writes love letters to all her crushes, and her younger sister accidentally mails them to all the boys. Noah Centineo stars as Peter Kavinksky, one of her crushes. The first ends with (SPOILER!) Lara and Peter ending up together.
The sequel will focus on a love triangle between Lara Jean, Peter Kavinsky and John Ambrose (Jordan Fisher), who is also a recipient of one of her letters.
P.S. I Still Love You will also star Jordan Fisher, Anna Cathcart, Janel Parrish, John Corbett, Sarayu Blue, Ross Butler, Madeleine Arthur, Emilija Baranc, Trezzo Mahoro, and Holland Taylor.
The trailer starts off with Lara Jean and Peter Kavinsky on their first official date. It then jumps to Kavinsky promising his girlfriend, “I promise I am not going to break your heart.” While Lara Jean responds, “I promise not to break your heart.”
Furthermore, last week Netflix also released official photos from the film on social media increasing the hype for the upcoming film.
