Love Island Releases First Look at its Winter 2020 series
The contestants lineup for the winter series of Love Island has not been confirmed yet. However, ITV has closed the registrations.

Love Island 2020 is coming back with its new winter series. The UK reality show has released a short trailer for the series.

The show aired the teaser during an ad break for I’m a Celebrity and fans are extremely excited about the new season of the show.

This is the first time Love Island will air twice in a year and this is their first winter series. Caroline Flack will be shooting the show in South Africa instead of their usual villa in Spain.

The teaser shows a woman wearing tinted glasses looking up at the sky. While a plane flys in the air with a banner stating, “Do one, winter.”

Fans of the show are extremely excited about the upcoming season. One wrote on Twitter, “Hearing the love island sound during adverts! So weird hearing it in winter but fully can’t wait for next month!”

Another wrote, “First sign of the Love Island theme tune in the #imaceleb ad break. Have to admit I am a sucker for a bit of a reality TV.”

The dating show was won by Amber Rose Gill and Greg O’Shea in the most recent season. However, the couple has now broken up.

Rumors claimed that the Love Island winners had broken up via text. However, Greg appeared on the RTE episode of The Late Late Show and claimed replied, “First off, the age-old saying, don’t believe everything you read. I’ll be open and honest.”

Continuing further, “Me and Amber have been chatting the last couple of days, over phone calls – this whole thing about a text just isn’t true. People just want to sell stories. We’re mad about each other. I’m mad about her. What’s not to be mad about? Gorgeous, smart, funny personality. The queen of Love Island for a reason.”

Love Island will air in early January 2020.
