Victoria Beckham’s solo detox holiday to a Munich health retreat has her drinking moon water and cycling in the mountains.
Beckham visited the Lanserof health retreat for a week-long detox where she ate a super-strict clean diet, drank moon water and rode her bike through the mountains. The hotel claims to be “setting standards in modern medicine, paving the way to a healthier life.” Beckham actually visited the resort back in March, but shared images of herself there just now. She did not take husband David Beckham or any of her four children along.
Beckham shared a video of herself from the retreat in which she was wearing green striped pyjamas with a VB monogrammed onto them. Making a video of herself, she said, “‘I’m here at Lanserhof and I’ve got to be honest, it is much much nicer than I expected. I have unpacked my toiletries. The bathroom is actually super nice. I was expecting something much more hospital-y, so this is a real pleasant surprise and I’m really excited to get some rest, to get some great treatments and go out tomorrow and explore.”
Beckham also shared the mountain scenery from her next day, as well as the daily vitamins she was tacking which included a Skinade drink sachet, a packet of tablets and a sachet of Omnibiotic. Throughout the day, she shared her meals with her followers. For her dinner, she had a fresh piece of salmon long with leafy spinach, broccoli and a wedge of lime. For her clean eating day, she had an omelette with cotrage cheese for lunch, along with some avocado and a sharon.
Beckham also showed off her moon water, telling followers, “So I am here at Lanserhof in Germany, and they’ve just given me this water, which is a special water. It is collected locally, here in Munich, but only on a full moon. Apparently this is very healthy water, an incredible water and great for the skin. Where am I going to get this when I leave Germany?”
A week at the luxury resort is thought to cost £1900.
