Metallica is publishing their own children’s book, “The ABCs of Metallica”. The book will describe their journey as a rock band from A to Z!
The rock band announced the release of their book ABCs of Metallica for children. The book will talk about their struggles and journey as a rock and roll band. They will discuss how they gained their fame and made their breakthrough in the world of rock and roll. Similarly, this book will encourage youngsters to follow in their footsteps.
They recently shared a post on Instagram announcing the release on November 26th.
They also captioned the post, “We’re having a bit of fun with our latest book release, “The ABCs of Metallica”. Available in stores and online on November 26th. Not only do you get a rhyming, illustrated history of Metallica from A to Z but a portion of the proceeds from your purchase will go directly to All within my Hands Foundation. Assisting us in supporting workforce education and the fight against hunger”.
Furthermore, they wrote a statement on their website. The band stated, “The ABCs of Metallica looks back at the history of the band from, duh, A to Z! Each letter of the alphabet highlights a moment along our journey. From garage days to master of puppets to fun facts about us”.
Moreover, Howie Abrams helped in co-authorizing the book. Besides this, Michael “Kaves” McLeer illustrated the drawings in the book.
The band also recently announced their own brand of Whiskey, ‘Blackened American Whiskey’. They formerly wrote in a statement, “We are obviously not just slapping a Metallica label on a pre-existing mediocre whiskey. But have been working on this for the last several years. And also overseeing every detail from the first idea to your first taste with careful precision”.

The whiskey was named after their track “And Justice for All”. Each bottle also comes with an accompanying playlist.
Furthermore, Metallica made it to the top 10 in the highest grossing tours of 2019. Pollstar released the list where Metallica is at no. 4 with $69.7 million. Kiss, in particular, made $58.1 million.
Before this, Metallica also released a brand of their own watches. Therefore, they partnered with Nixon to make their watches. The Nixon x Metallica hardcore collection feature images of the band’s albums, for example, Kill ‘Em All, Ride The Lightning, etc.
They announced its release on their Twitter account. In addition the band wrote, “We’re stoked to announce our newest collaboration. The Nixon x Metallica hardcore collection is now available for pre-order too “.
