The couple started dating in 2017 and are finally engaged according to Johansson’s publicist Marcel Pariseau. She confirmed the news to The Washington Post on Sunday and mentioned that the couple has not set a wedding date yet.

This will be Johansson’s third marria.ge. She was previously married to Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds from 2008 till 2011 and French journalist Romain Dauriac in 2014. She and Dauriac have a four-year-old daughter named Rose.

Johansson, 34, and Jost, 36, made their first public appearance at the premiere of Avengers: Infinity War back in 2018. Scarlett plays the role of Black Widow in the movie.

A source previously told E! News, “Scarlett says he is different than many of the men she has been with. She is pretty picky who she goes out with even if it’s just dating. They share many similarities together.”

Colin Jost is the co-anchor of SNL’s Weekend Update and this will be his first marriage.

Back in 2017, a source confirmed to Page Six Jost and Johansson were spotted being intimate at an SNL after-party where the latter was making a guest appearance.
