A week ago, Jackson’s legacy was questioned by HBO‘s Leaving Neverland documentary in which Wade Robson and James Safechuck resurfaced the child molestation accusations against the singer. They said they were abused during the ages of 7 and 11 in vivid accounts which left many fans disturbed.

Fans now think they have discovered the proof they needed to prove Jackson’s innocence. Robson and Safechuck were both filmed during a Sundance Q&A, and fans think the casual way in which they are laughing and answering serious questions about abuse has disproved their claims.

Someone in the audience asked the two how their families and parents had been affected by the claims made in the documentary. After which the two men looked at each other, made eye contact and smiled. Fans believe this is an indication of how their accusations are not true.

Safechuck said his own mother has asked him for forgiveness but that he is not ready to let it go yet. While Robson said his mother had not seen the documentary yet and that he was not looking forward to her seeing it.
