Kim Kardashian’s freed prisoner has revealed that the job offers are just rolling in for him. Kim had Paul freed as part of her prison reform efforts.
Paul Algarin was freed on April 19 as part of Kim Kardashian’s prison reform efforts. He told TMZ that job offers are coming in from around the world. He has had offers from Nigeria and the UK. The offers include prison reform advocacy modelling offers and tattoo parlor hiring calls.
After helping with his release from prison, Kim and Kanye West visited Paul in North Carolina earlier this month. Paul said their visit helped inspire him to one day get to their level. He also revealed that the couple had agreed to pay for the costs of tattoo-removal so that he could have a fresh start post-jail.
Kim found out about Paul Algarin when he wrote her a letter about her prison reform efforts. The reality TV star freed 17 inmates over the last 3 months. All of them had life sentences without parole for low-level drug offenses. The efforts are part of the 90 Days of Freedom Campaign which aims to put the First Step Act to work for these prisoners. Kim has handled the financial side of the advocacy required to free these prisoners.
Kim famously stood behind Alice Marie Johnson in Alabama. Other cases that she quietly supported include Jeffrey Stringer in Florida, Cyntoia Brown in Tennessee, Jamelle Carraway, Eric Balcom and Terrence Byrd.
Paul served 7 year of jail time at Central Prison in North Carolina.
