A day after splitting from her boyfriend of several months Henry Levy, Lovato sent herself some flowers to help her move on and remind her of all the good things in her life. She posted a picture of the pink and white roses along with the caption, “Cause sometimes you gotta send yourself flowers…” Her sweet note to herself read, “You’re beautiful, you’re loved and you’re worthy of a happy and healthy life.”

Lovato was linked with Levy last November when the two were spotted together showing some PDA outside a restaurant. Levy also recently wished Lovato a happy Valentine’s Day, calling her a “beautiful soul”. However, a source told E! that “Demi and Henry decided to split because none of her family members approved of her getting into a relationship so quickly and wanted her to focus on herself and her health. Demi felt distracted and overwhelmed, and wanted to take a breather and truly get healthy.”

The source added, “She is surrounding herself with the most positive friends and influences. She is perfectly fine with cutting anyone out of her life that doesn’t support her sobriety 100 percent. She takes this extremely seriously and is committed all the way.”

Lovato has had a rough couple of months. She has recently returned to her house after a stay in a treatment facility following an overdose that almost killed her. A source told E! that the singer is taking “precautionary measures” to help her with her addiction and mental health problems. “She never wants to get to a place where she was last year when she relapsed.”
