Chris Brown praises Rihanna and asks her for some new music despite criticisms from her fans. Brown assaulted Rihanna back in 2009.
Earlier in the week, Rihanna posted a picture of herself in her Savage X Fenty lingerie which was taken by Dennis Leupold. The picture attracted over 35,000 comments including one from her ex Chris Brown, in which he wrote, “BOUGHT TO BREAK DA INTERNET! KEEPING RISING QUEEN.” He added, “MUSIC SOON PLEASE.”
One Rihanna fan wrote underneath Brown’s comment, “@chrisbrownofficial get a job. Stay away from her.” Another said, “@chrisbrownofficial no.” Another person wrote on Twitter about the issue saying, “GET A JOB LEAVE HER ALONE.” Yet another wrote, “riri get a restraining order babe.”
Other comments included, “Electric, and I cant stress this enough, chair!”, “Alexa: play Obsessed by Mariah Carey.” “chasing Rihanna for employment,” “Protect Rihanna from that rat at all costs,” and “I feel so bad for her…imagine having your abuser up in your comments for attention.”
Justin Bieber also recently got heat for defending Chris Brown and appreciating him. A fan of Selena Gomez and Rihanna’s wrote on Twitter, “THIS is what Chris Brown did to Rihanna. don’t EVER ever call it a mistake. abusing women is not a f***ing “mistake”. Women die and Justin Bieber, who should inspire people, is out there saying that we have to reevaluate because it’s a mistake? disgusting. and stop justifying him.”
She added, “this tweet is not about Rihanna or Chris Brown or Justin Bieber. It’s about violence against women and the fact that it can’t be called a mistake. these actions are unjustifiable. I can’t believe WOMEN are attacking me for tweeting this.”
Rihanna has not yet addressed Brown’s comments.
