Aaron Carter is shading Michael Jackson
Carter will be appearing on Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars Family Edition soon, and in a new clip from the show, the former child star brought up an alleged experience with Michael Jackson. The star did not give a lengthy explanation, and included very little explanation. However, he said Jackson was “a little bit inappropriate.”
Carter said, “Michael was a really good guy as far as I know, really good guy. He never really, like, he never did anything that was inappropriate except for one time. There was one thing that he did that was a little bit inappropriate.”
What did he have to say in the past?
The statement is in opposition to what Carter said after Wade Robson and James Safechuck came forward with accusations against Jackson. In an interview with TMZ, Carter said that the two were “stomping on an icon and a legend’s grave”. He said his own experiences with Jackson were “gentle”, “beautiful”, “loving and embracing”.
A month later, Carter told TMZ, “I actually have my own experience that happened with Michael, so I’m going to be talking about that in the future.” He did not offer details on the experience, saying he was writing a book about his life, which would have details. He also said his family knows about his experiences. Addressing Jackson’s estate, he said, “Stay strong. I love you guys and even if I say something that you don’t like, it’s still my truth and you’re just going to have to accept it.”
Jackson’s family has continued to deny allegations and have filed a lawsuit against the HBO documentary with Safechuck and Robson.
