This is no news that Eminem says whatever he wants to say and whenever he wants to say. He recently released a 4.5 minute long freestyle rap which was criticism at Donald Trump and a call out on his behavior.
The video was shot in a car parking lot in Detroit, titled as The Storm. The rapper before this on Bet Hip Hop awards on stage, asked his fans to decide who they like better. “Eminem or Donald Trump.”
This is not the first time the Without Me artist has slammed the President. He has done it before in Big Sean’s No Favor and Campaign Speech, a freestyle rap.
In his 4.5 minutes long Storm, Marshall has talked about the White Supremacy Rally in Charlottesville, questioned the President on his patriotism. And also threw his support after Colin Kaepernick.
Kaepernick tweeted shortly after the video saying he appreciates support of Eminem – The Slim Shady.
LeBron James also tweeted out his support for Eminem.
Snoop Dog also posted a video saluting Eminem’s The Storm on Instagram.
Here are some of the backlashes from his rap:
“Trump, when it comes to giving a s— you’re stingy as I am”, Eminem said these lines after referencing the tensions in America and how Trump is not paying any heed to them.
He also said that he is not afraid of Trump and he would speak his mind always.
The verse said: “That’s why he wants us to disband cause he cannot withstand the fact we’re not afraid of Trump. Walking on egg shells, I came to stomp. That’s why he keeps screaming, ‘Drain the swamp’, ’cause he’s in quicksand.”
“All these horrible tragedies and he’s bored and would rather cause a Twitter storm”, the Slim Shady pointed out. He says that even though several problems are going on, Trump would rather bicker on Twitter.
“Who’s going to pay for his extravagant trips”, asks Mather. He’s pointing to the fact that Trump has increased taxes and is not focusing on the problems going on in USA but only has time for his luxuries.
“This racist 94-year old grandpa”, says the Monster Singer in a verse calling Trump “old”. Donald Trump is not stopping the White Supremacy Rally which angers Eminem and he isn’t afraid to speak out about this.
“F— that, this is for Colin, ball up a fist and keep that s— balled like Donald the b—-.” In this verse, the rapper shows his support for Kaepernick.
Eminem clearly showed his hate for Donald Trump in his rap: “The rest of America stand up. We love our military and we love our country but we f—— hate Trump.”
The Oscar winner ended his rap by asking his fans to choose between him and the President Donald Trump.
“Any fan of mine who’s a supporter of his, I’m drawing in the sand a line, you’re either for or against. And if you can’t decide who you like more and you’re split on who you should stand beside. I’ll do it for it for you with this. F— you.”
Marshall’s new album is reportedly nearing its release and this rap was dropped as a freestyle single.
