Fans think Rihanna is pregnant after pictures from the Diamond Ball showcase a baby bump.
Rihanna recently stepped out on the Diamond Ball’s red carpet. The charity supports the Clara Lionel Foundation. The Diamonds singer wore a floor length Givenchy gown.
On the carpet, the 31 year old covered her stomach. Her body was also covered with a high neck and long sleeves. Her look was completed with pearl earrings and a red lip.
Rihanna first sparked pregnancy rumors on the red carpet. The singer stopped to speak to Essence. She said, “I am a black woman. I come from a black woman, who came from a black woman, who came from a black woman and I’m gonna give birth to a black woman.”
She added, “My mother is an incredible example of how to fight through obstacles in life. I’m sure her mom taught her that and that’s how I’m going to be. We are impeccable, we’re special, we’re special and the world is going to have to deal with that.”
Rihanna and Pharrell then performed Lemon on the stage. Fans then soon noticed that Rihanna seemed to be showing a baby bump.
A fan wrote on Twitter, “For those of y’all that do not believe .. Rihanna is pregnant, Look closely when she gets onstage …”

She also said that she stepped back from the public because of her relationship. She said, “I got into a new relationship, and it matters to me. It was like, ‘I need to make time for this.’ Just like I nurture my businesses, I need to nurture this as well. I’ll shut things down for two days, three days at a time. On my calendar, we now have the infamous ‘P,’ which means personal days. This is a new thing.”
She told Paulson that she wants to be a mother “more than anything.”
