Lamar Odom and Sabrina Parr are excitedly announcing the happy news online.
The 40 year old basketball player wrote on Instagram alongside a picture of Parr, “Introducing my new fiancé. Soon to be Mrs. Parr-Odom. She the ONE!!!!”
Parr is a fitness trainer and has been with Odom for 3 months. She also posted a picture of her ring, writing, “I SAID YES!!!!!”
Just a couple days ago, Parr threw Odom a huge surprise birthday in Atlanta. He wrote in an Instagram caption, “I gotta give a special thanks to Baby Doll @getuptoparr who was full of surprises the whole day. From catered breakfast in the morning to getting this custom suit designed for me from @miguelwilsoncollection, and a beautiful dinner that I know took a lot of time and effort to put together. She’s amazing and has shown me so much about love and life! nothing but love to her and everyone that came through.”
In a separate caption, Odom wrote, “The look on @getuptoparr face is how she makes me feel everyday. Outside of my daughter, this is the most serious and committed relationship I’ve ever been in with a woman. I’m tired of people asking me questions about my ex’s based on old interviews and old comments! I said what I said then based on where I was in life at that time. I was young, wasn’t sober and going through a lot. All of that is different now. I’m at where I want to be at!”
Lamar was previously married to Khloe Kardashian. In a recent episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, there was a potential confrontation between Khloe and Lamar. However, she refused to see him.
She said, “I’ve already been wary about seeing Lamar and if it was the right decision. Now knowing that he has a girlfriend [Sabrina Parr], it makes my decision so much easier because I don’t want to ever be disrespectful. The decision has been made for me. It’s just not the right decision to reach out to him and set up that face-to-face.”
She continued, “I love Lamar. He’s such a huge part of my life and I will always keep him in such a special place in my life. I have so much respect for him and I want only beautiful things to come his way but the past is the past for a reason sometimes.”
Congratulations to Lamar Odom and Sabrina Parr!
