Kim Kardashian shared her recent weight gain with her fans over her Instagram stories.
On Saturday, the 39 year old posted a video on her Instagram story from the gym. She was with her trainer Melissa Alcantara.
She said, “OK, so we’re doing a night workout before my dinner, which I never do with this one, but I figured we have to get into it at some point. And yeah, I mean, sometimes we all off and sometimes you really gotta get it together and this is one of my fallen off times where I am, I think, 18 pounds up from what I was about a year ago, a year and a half ago.”
She continued, “To feel good, I just want to get it like, a really good goal weight and so that means working out at all costs. It’s my eating. I work out but it’s like my eating. But Melissa and I have a major goal for by the time I’m 40.”
She was back in the gym on Sunday, and told her followers, “A morning workout after a night workout is the best!!!”
Last year, Kim lost 20 pounds over the year with her intense, 6 days a week workout regime. Her sisters and mother even professed to being worried for her because of her schedule. However, since Kim now has 4 kids, it is understandable that she does not have the same time.
