Jessica Simpson gave birth to her daughter, Birdie Mae Johnson in March. Now, the singer has stunned everyone with her incredible weight loss after only a few months.

The 39-year-old shared photos of her figure on Instagram. Captioning it, “6 months. 100 pounds down (Yes, I tipped the scales at 240).”

Adding further, “My first trip away from #BIRDIEMAE and emotional for many reasons, but so proud to feel like myself again. Even when it felt impossible, I chose to work harder.”

Furthermore, on Wednesday the fashion designer was spotted walking down the streets of New York City for ‘Ladies Night’. Simpson wore a black dress with a plunging neckline and a high slit.

Jessica Simpson’s trainer of 12 years, Harley Pasternak talked to E! News about her weight loss plan. Saying, “This particular baby no. 3 was… I think she commented to the press that she tipped the scales at 240 lbs, that’s not coming from me, she mentioned that in a post. So, we had our work cut out for us and perhaps more so on this baby than the others.”

He further said, “It had to be more than just getting back from her baby weight, but how do I keep whatever I am doing now forever. That’s why we are not a big fan of doing any extreme diet or radical forms of exercise.”

Birdie Mae is Simpson’s third child with husband Eric Johnson. The couple already has a son, Ace Knute, 6 and a daughter Maxwell Drew, 7.
