The slip from the famous model and TV personality ended up forcing her to change her email address after talking to a random stranger via FaceTime.
If you are an average person who is using Twitter, then posting your email address by mistake won’t be that big of trouble, right? You can simply delete the tweet quickly, and that would be the end of it. However, things can escalate really quick if you have over 11 million followers on Twitter.
Of course, the well-known Chrissy Teigen found this out via firsthand experience on Tuesday night when she tweeted her email address.
Now, we don’t know what the original post looked like or what it was about and how her email ended up as a part of it since the post has been deleted.
However, we do know that the slip was genuine, based on the replies of her fans. It was only a matter of time after she Chrissy Teigen made the slip that the FaceTime calls began.
However, being the way that she is, Chrissy Teigen didn’t ignore the FaceTime altogether but rather decided to embrace the mistake. That’s right; she answered a random call that she got because of her slip up.
However, as was expected, she did change her email address and will most likely be very cautious when she uses the platform of Twitter in the future.
At the very least, Chrissy Teigen ended up making the day for the random caller who got to FaceTime with her.
This won’t be the first time that Chrissy Teigen has doxed herself though. She also made it to the news when her phone number was included in her first cookbook that was called ‘Cravings’ in 2016.
She found out about the slip after she received ‘100 or so calls.’ Back then, she said ‘I have since changed it but thank you for all the kind voicemails!’
