Brooklyn Nine-Nine's Stephanie Beatriz Would Love To Play She-Hulk
Marvel has announced many new projects on Disney Plus. These include Falcon and The Winter Soldier, Loki, The Eternals, WandaVision and many more.

Disney+ announced at their D23 Expo at Anaheim, California that She-Hulk would be getting her own television show, along with Ms. Marvel and Moon Knight.

After the announcement was made, many fans wanted Stephanie Beatriz to play the role of She-Hulk in the upcoming series.

While talking to Entertainment Tonight at NBC’s Comedy Starts Here, “I would die to play that role. That is so flattering. That is one of the best characters in that universe.”

Adding further, “I definitely have upped my workouts since reading some of those things. But also, I think it would be really exciting for fans to see some of these characters that we kind of decided are one thing, to sort of be imagined in a different way.”

The She-Hulk comics first originated in 1980. The character of Jennifer Walters was created by Stan Lee and artist John Buscema. Walters is the cousin of Bruce Banner, The Hulk. She turns into the superhero after receiving an emergency blood transfusion from her cousin.

Beatriz plays the role of Rosa Diaz in the popular sitcom Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Fans of the actress took to Twitter to demand Marvel and Disney to cast her as She-Hulk.

Stephanie Beatriz also talked about the upcoming season of Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Saying, “I think what’s going to be surprising is how much funny we can fit into each episode.”

“I think seven seasons in, with an ensemble that’s really tight, with writers — a head writer and show-runner, Dan Goor, who is incredible and so smart and funny, I think you’re gonna get the most intense version of the show that you’ve ever seen,” she concluded.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine has been renewed for season 7 on NBC.
